In order to maintain not only the beauty and tranquility of our cemetery but also to uphold a strong and reliable business that serves everyone in need, we kindly ask all visitors to adhere to our established rules and regulations. These guidelines are essential in ensuring that our cemetery remains a serene and respectful space, while also allowing us to continue offering compassionate and professional services. Your cooperation helps us sustain the grounds in pristine condition and enables us to be here for all who seek comfort and support.
1. Normal Office Hours 10:00-4:00 PM we do suggest to set an appointment
2. The best way when looking into purchasing a burial plot, mausoleum crypt, or cremation niche is by calling and setting up and appointment.
3. Pricing varies from burial sites, we do have lots of options to suit our families we serve. In ground burial lots pricing ranges from $1200-$1800.
4. Blythefield Memory Gardens does offer flexible no interest, no financing charge pre planning arrangements. We know how important it is for anyone, in any stage of their life to have cemetery pre-planning taken care of. We are HUGE advocates of pre-planning, solely because we have seen what a difference it has made when a death occurs for those left behind. Blythefield works with everyone and tailors to their situation. Don’t let finances hold you back from making your arrangements ahead of time.
5. Memorials vary from very traditional and simple, to extremely custom and elaborate. We work through this process with you to design a beautiful memorial, weather for your loved one or for yourself during the preplanning process.
6. We have and try to meet everyone’s wishes when it comes to burials. We allow traditional burials, cremation burials, we also offer our own type of Green Burials, meeting the laws that the State requires.

8. When it comes to maintenance Blythefield is proud to be one of the best and most well-maintained cemetery. We take great pride in insuring that when anyone comes to visit a loved one, they have a beautiful and serine environment.
9. A burial vault serves two purpose- one to preserve and leave the casket to be undisturbed. Second, to keep the ground level.
10. We offer burials for cremation, Funeral Homes are the ones to handle the actual cremation process.
11. Pets are legally not allowed to be buried in the same cemetery that humans are interred in.
12. Since we are private and family owned, we do not publicly publish burial lot locations, however you are welcome to reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you in locating your loved one.
13. Full celebrations of life and memorial services can be held right on sight at Blythefield.
14. We have over 1500 Veterans interred at Blythefield. We offer special pricing and services to honor our vets and their families. We work the Veterans Affairs department to ensure the Veterans receive full burial benefits and provisions.
15. We do have options when it comes to green burials.
16. Perpetual care fund is to insure that the cemetery always is maintained to our standard. This fund has been set up since the early 60s, a portion of each burial plot purchase is placed into the perpetual care fund and remains untouched. The fund is for if the cemetery is no generating income for maintenance.
17. Burial lots can be transferred. Call us to make and appointment and we will take care of all the necessary paperwork.
18. The Garden of Babyland is specifically for infants and children. This garden of the cemetery is reserved for infants and young children. Parents or families can also choose to lay to rest their angel in any of the gardens of the cemetery
19. Each of our gardens are beautiful and well maintained, the only differential being the type of memorial/headstone that is allowed with in each garden.
